Prior to Hughes & Company, Yash was a Senior Associate at GTCR, where he focused on investments in healthcare technology, healthcare services, and medical technology. He began his career in investment banking at Guggenheim Securities where he covered clients across healthcare services, including payers, primary care, and post-acute care.

Yash holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Economics & Strategy, from Washington University in St. Louis.
