This Privacy Notice does not cover or include any Hughes & Company Investment Partners’ advisory or investment services or the investor portal accessible via the Site.  If you are an investor in a fund or the holder of an account managed directly or indirectly by us (or, in either case, their representative), please refer to the Hughes & Company Investment Partners Privacy Notice last updated November 2023 (available in our investor portal or otherwise provided to you) for further information about how Hughes & Company Investment Partners collects and processes personal information about its current, prospective and former investors.

Information we Collect

When you interact with the Site, we collect information that directly identifies you (i.e., information that would allow someone to identify you or contact you, such as your full name, postal address, e-mail address, or telephone number), as well as information about your use of the Site. We do not sell personal information obtained about you to any third parties and have not done so in the twelve (12) months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Notice. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Communication Preferences

Cookie Management

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this Site. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available to you may change or no longer be available to you.

Data Security
