Kelsey Slager is an Executive Assistant at Hughes & Company, where she provides comprehensive administrative support and leads the coordination of firm events.

Before joining Hughes & Company, Kelsey served as an Executive Assistant at Victory Park Capital, supporting the firm’s Founder and CEO. She previously held roles as Office Manager and HR Analyst at the same firm, building expertise across operations and executive support. Her background also includes recruiting coordination positions with Akuna Capital and Medix Staffing Agency.

Earlier in her career, Kelsey spent six years as a Secondary English Teacher, bringing forward strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills that continue to inform her work today.

Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University.
