Caroline is the Vice President, Head of talent at Hughes & Company with a focus on contributing to executive talent strategies and management to support Hughes’ companies in assembling effective leadership teams.

Prior to joining Hughes & Company, Caroline was a Principal at True Search, a global executive retained search firm. In her role, she specialized in the recruitment of top-tier talent, concentrating on placing C-Suite executives at innovative and industry leading healthcare companies. She collaborated closely with premier private equity firms, guiding them in strategic hires crucial to the success of their healthcare investments. Caroline began her career at GuidePoint Global, an expert networking firm.

Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Trinity College.
