The healthcare lower middle market is large, complicated and inefficient, which the Firm believes creates attractive investment opportunities. The Firm does not invest in clinical service, pre-revenue, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or highly capital intensive businesses.

The team combines significant healthcare operating, strategy and business development experience with investment expertise. The Firm creates value for its stakeholders through multiple avenues including business development, team building, resource optimization, shared operating best practices and clear accountability.
