Eric is a Vice President at Hughes & Company with a focus on deal execution, evaluation and portfolio management. He joined Hughes & Company in 2026 after working in healthcare technology investing and operations for over 15 years.

Prior to Hughes & Company, Eric worked with innovative healthcare technology companies as an investor at Francisco Partners, New Leaf Venture Partners, and VSS Capital Partners, and as an operator at Optum. He began his career in management consulting at McKinsey & Company.

Eric holds an Executive Master’s in Health Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences from Northwestern University.
